It’s been a while since I’ve hit the gym. I got stares… lotsa stares. Come to think of it I’ve never seen a pregnant being at my gym before. It wasn’t easy keeping the heart-rate below 150 on the crosstrainer, sooo darn slow! Arms haven’t been exercised in ages, I’m feeling the burn. All that and I managed to stay up to watch CSI! Needless to say, I’ll be sleeping early tonight.

7.5km, hours in the heat, rock! Wednesday Crosstrainer:: 32 mins, 270 cals burnt, 3.2km Arms (Bicep Curls):: 4kg, 15 reps x 3 sets Triceps :: 4 pounds (oops), 15 reps x sets Small of my back and mid back… can’t recall the machines, I’ll take note next time.
